1§ General

By registering with Axsoter, you hereby agree to these terms of service listed in this document. You have the responsibility to comply with these terms of service, and if not complied with correctly, you may be subject to account termination.

 

2§ Account

2.1§ You are always responsible for all actions performed by your account regardless if someone else used your account.

2.2§ You are not allowed to make multiple accounts unless given explicit permission by Axsoter. If we detect that you may have multiple accounts, we can terminate every account we suspect might be yours. In that case we will notify you through email before terminating your accounts.

2.3§ Your account is not allowed be controlled by a robot or any automated machine. We can suspend your services or even terminate your account if we detect that your account may be ran by a robot or any automated machine. However you are allowed to use any external API’s provided by the service panels we use, if they are designed to be used by users externally.

2.4§ We can delete your account and your data as long as there is a good reason for it. For example, if we need to migrate our data to a new database or your account has suspicious activities.

 

3§ Payments

3.1§ Service cancellation must be made 3 days prior to the next renewal date, and the service is valid until the next due date.

3.1.1§ According to Finnish law, you have a right to cancel your service at any moment without any prior notice discarding our all renewal dates for the first 14 days of using the service.

3.2§ We will not give you refunds to any product unless there have been more than 48 hours of downtime (caused by our side) during your first 7 days of the billing period. The refunded money will be refunded as the currency you bought product with.

 

4§ Problems with service

If you encounter problems with the service, you are responsible for taking contact with Axsoter. We respond to problems that can be fixed by our side, and may not respond to other issues. We are only responsible for the server to work on default settings and files, and not responsible or liable for anything that a third-party does on our services.

 

5§ Free services

5.1§ You are only allowed to use your free service for the purpose it was made for. If you would run a Discord bot on a free service that was meant for a Minecraft Server, it would be suspended. But you can run a Discord bot as a plugin on your Minecraft server, as long as the original purpose of the free service is also performed.

5.2§ You only have basic support for your free service (not applicable to e.g. account issues).

5.3§ We only have to remind you about your server getting deleted one week before the deletion. We will inform about the deletion through email and we are not responsible for any problems that may occur while sending the email. If your email provider has blocked us, we are not responsible for that. We do not need to provide a backup.

5.4§ We don’t guarantee that you can use all the resources that have been allocated for your free service.

 

6§ Paid services

6.1§ We can delete your server after a week of an unpaid invoice for the server. We will inform about the deletion through email and we are not responsible for any problems that may occur while sending the email. If your email provider has blocked us, we are not responsible for that. We do not need to provide a backup.

6.2§ Your premium tier support is only available for your premium services.

 

7§ Governing Law

All claims related to the Axsoter's services shall be governed by the laws of Finland(FI) without regards to its conflict or law provisions.

 

8§ Changes to these terms of service

Axsoter has full right to edit these terms of service at any given moment. The latest version of these terms of service come into effect the moment they are released on https://axsoter.com/tos and an email about the changes has been sent to the customers. We are not responsible for any problems that may occur while sending the email. If your email provider has blocked us, we are not responsible for that.
